Have you eaten at the infamous Brier Pizza Kitchen in Brier? We were blown away by their super large menu full of delicious options!
When Steve first moved to Brier about four years ago, one of his Seattle colleagues asked with excitement “Have you tried Brier Pizza yet? They’re fabulous!” He hadn’t, but put it on his list of places to try. Brier is a small community, and it’s amazing how many people outside of Brier only know Brier because of Brier Pizza! I guess you could say, they put Brier on the map! The restaurant was recently bought by one of its employees, Christopher Young.
We recently had lunch there and got to meet Christopher. We were both really impressed with him! It’s obvious that he is super excited about the restaurant and loves the industry. His parents had restaurants growing up, so he’s had some great mentoring. Most people probably haven’t even noticed that the restaurant changed hands. That was intentional. Why mess with perfection?
The menu offers something for everyone. Steve had a gyro sandwich and Sandra had the Athenian salad with chicken. She raved about the chicken. Their secret is that they marinate it in their famous basil vinaigrette dressing for 24 hours.
We are both looking forward to our next outing there. If you haven’t tried them yet, we encourage you to check them out. They have a diverse menu which should appeal to everyone in the household, plus gluten free options. The staff is warm and friendly. They truly make you feel like family!

You know what It’s just Brier Pizza. It’s got an amazing menu.

Yeah. I’m having the salad because I’m kind of on the diet wagon. Too much pizza for me in the past. I don’t know but the menu is amazing. There’s a Greek salad, Caesar salad. Steve’s having the Gyro.
I am having the Gyro. I’m not having an official Italian dish but they serve a lot of different things here.
Yeah. And for you gluten-free people like me they do have gluten-free pizza which is always a plus.
And I’m going to just going to say that their their balsamic vinaigrette dressing
