Congratulations to Our Seller in Broadview!
We’re thrilled to celebrate a successful sale for our seller in Broadview! Her charming home attracted an impressive seven offers, and it turned out to be quite the eventful evening.
Our two top offers were set to expire at 9 PM, so we spent the afternoon carefully reviewing all the offers, holding out for those final updates. With just minutes to spare, we officially went under contract at 8:38 PM. Talk about cutting it close!
If you know me, I’m someone who likes to be prepared well in advance (I’m the type who’s already in the exit lane five miles before my turn). So, you can imagine my relief when we sent out the accepted contract! After reaching out to all the agents involved, I finally relaxed with a well-deserved glass of red wine. Here’s to our fantastic seller and her new chapter ahead!
