Let the dominoes fall! This home never even hit the market, but we still managed to sell it to a lucky neighbor. Our seller, Cindy, was planning to move and the neighbors knew that her home would be the perfect downsizing option for them. They also happened to know that another neighbor was interested in buying their home.
Fast forward several weeks, and two families on the same block in Broadview managed to switch homes in quick succession! It all started with Cindy’s home, which sold to her neighbor, who then rented their neighbor’s home while they remodeled their new one.
This isn’t a surprise, but it’s always nice to see just how much people love Broadview and want to stay in the neighborhood and in this case, on the same block! We’re thrilled that this worked out for all three parties involved. Cindy was able to sell at market value and close earlier than expected, her buyers found their dream one-level home, and the other family moved next door to a larger home with a stunning view. Talk about a win-win-win situation!
