This sweet cottage charmed the socks off of people! We knew it was one of those homes that people would instantly fall in love with. The home was perfectly charming with gorgeous gardens, appealing updates and boldly colored. One of the common comments I heard while holding it open was “I wouldn’t have picked this color, but I think it’s perfect and wouldn’t change it!” We love the unique vision that our Sellers had for the home. They had owned it for 20 years and lovingly developed the gardens creating fabulous entertaining spaces and quiet areas of sanctuary. They created a home that radiated love, warmth and welcome. It was bitter-sweet for Steve and I to sell this home. We miss running into our friends in the neighborhood and we’ll miss visiting the Raspberry Cottage.
We are happy for the Buyer who now owns this special home. She moved to Broadview from the east side to be closer to family. She is now walking distance to those she loves. We wish her many happy memories ahead.
