We first met with this Seller in May 2021. She wasnβt sure when she would be able to list her home, but she wanted to get the ball rolling. Her main objective was to get an idea of what her home was worth and our perspective on what she should do to prep her home for sale.
We were immediately impressed with her home. It was just under 1,000 sq/ft, but she had done some very clever remodeling to maximize the storage. She had also remodeled her kitchen and bath. We loved all of her updates and knew her future buyer would as well. Fortunately, she had very few items to do prior to listing.
Most of our listings are professionally staged. With this home we opted to use her furnishings and augment with some of our staging items. The home looked charming online and more important, just as charming in person. As we had expected when we went on the market, Buyers and Brokers both recognized the quality of her remodel and the updated systems. The metal roof and solar panels were a really nice bonus that most homes do not have.
We ended up with four great offers. We hope the lucky Buyer of this home will have many happy years in this Broadview Gem.
