This was the second transaction with these Sellers. We first met them in 2015 when they wanted a Market Analysis for both their Seattle rental properties. They werenβt planning on selling either property for at least a few years.
They ended up holding on to the Broadview home for a lot longer than they had anticipated. The home had appreciated quite a bit over the past few years, so the delay worked out great for the Sellers. Since it had been about 4 years from their last sale with us, we thought it was important to go over our entire listing and marketing process with them again.
They appreciated the fact that we didnβt take their listing for granted and that we were providing them with the same education process as we would other would-be Sellers. We were of course eager to share with them all of the changes we had made to our digital marketing strategy since their last sale in 2018.
On the day of closing we both called to congratulate the Sellers. His response, βI wish I had another rental property to sell with you guys!β This is one of the many reasons we love our clients!
