One of our areaβs greatest asset is the variety of towns, neighborhoods and lifestyles they each offer. We have urban, suburbia and small towns all within an hour of each other. Our clients sold their home in Broadview and were looking for more of a small town setting and possibly acreage. Most of the homes we looked at were either in the Duvall or Carnation areas. Even within those communities buyers have the option of new construction, homes in town, or farther out on large parcels. Dan and Stephanie fell in love with a newer construction home with a unique layout upstairs that fit their needs precisely. They are looking forward to the country life in charming Carnation!
