We always appreciate it when our clients trust our advice, especially when homes take a little longer to sell. While the market is significantly better for Sellers in 2023 than it was late last year, it is still a slower market for Townhouses. One of our jobβs is to educate our clients on the current market conditions and what that may mean for their property. This allows Sellers to have realistic expectations in terms of price and overall market time.
Because we had thoroughly educated Kevin on what was happening in the townhouse market with weekly reports, when we made recommendations he had knowledge and confidence to act on those recommendations. The townhouse sold within the timeframe and value that we had expected. Educating clients is very important. It helps bring piece of mind and lowers their stress levels.
