Just Sold in Madrona!

Steve met this client socially many years ago. This past summer he reached out to us for a market analysis as he wanted to downsize and retire. Once he decided to sell, we met at his home to advise on items he should address prior to listing the home for sale. He embraced our home selling process by having the home pre-inspected and a sewer scope available to potential buyers. As planned, we sold without an inspection contingency.
