We had met these clients through one of our vendors who had recommended us. About two months prior to listing their home for sale we met them at their home to review what would need to be done to prepare for selling. The home needed interior paint, the landscaping refurbished , the roof cleaned and several other items that needed to be repaired that were revealed from their pre-listing inspection report. We provided a list of vendors for the projects to assist them with all that needed to be done.
The home had a unique floor plan that featured a beautiful Northwest contemporary design. Our stager brought in the perfect furniture to compliment the design of the home which contained many rooms. We are advocates of staging every room in a home, especially if the purpose of the room is not apparent, this home had two large rooms off the primary bedroom. Our clients were thrilled with the results, their home sold in five days and they were able to move on to their new journey on the east coast.
