It is always fun looking at beautiful homes with Buyers and with Anna, we looked at several gorgeous contenders! Buying or selling real estate is stressful. However, Buyers have a unique set of stressors to contend with that go beyond dealing with the current market conditions. Just the process of narrowing down what a buyer wants can be challenging for people. Our job is to educate and ask questions so that Buyers feel 100% confident in the decisions they are making. Having Sandra Brenner & George Runnels as my realtors was a wonderful experience. George grew up in Seattle and is very familiar with the neighborhoods. He could spot quality construction in a home and knew what important things to look for. I initially wasnβt sure if I wanted a townhouse, condo or single family home.
