First-time home buyers are always so rewarding to work with. It is even more special to us, when weβve had a close relationship with the Buyers. Nick and Claire rented the furnished apartment in our home throughout the pandemic. They even got married in our backyard the summer of 2021. We will miss them as neighbors, but we are so happy that they bought their first home. This will be a great long-term home for the two of them and I know the cats, Anna and Garbonzo will absolutely love the sunroom! We will miss all four of them, but I am happy to know that they are nearby in Broadview.
