I met Paul and Susie back in 2006 when I assisted them with the purchase of their home. We had looked for quite a while before they bought in the beautiful Richmond Beach neighborhood. We stayed connected through the years, as they became friends; meeting at happy hour, dining out and a barbecue at my place where Paul brought all the ingredients for margaritas and prepared various versions on our patio. They had been contemplating a new move for quite a while β they wanted a more rural community with more land.
Our colleague assisted them with their new home purchase and then they started the process of preparing their home for sale. They had not updated the home since they bought and decided to update to sell as they wanted to ensure top dollar for their home. The remodeling process was quite tedious, but they made it through and received a fantastic offer well above asking price. We are happy for Paul and Susie and we wish them the best in their new home. I for one am looking forward to a dinner out to celebrate their success; dinner will definately include a margarita!
