“My wife and I were moving up in houses, we sold a home in Greenwood and bought a home in Issaquah, both with Steve Hill and Sandra Brenner. Moving is definitely a difficult process, but Brenner and Hill made the selling and purchasing part of the equation very easy. Four-year addendum: still very happy with the “new” home. I liked working with Steve and Sandra so much I enlisted them again when I was tasked with selling my parents long-time home after both of them passed away. It was an older house that needed a lot of work. Steve and Sandra pointed out where our money and time would be best spent to get the house into selling condition.
By my calculation we spent about $50,000 in repairs and fix-ups and the results was a price $250,000 higher than the estimate of the house. A 5 to 1 return on your investment is pretty good deal!
Despite the older house having a lot of “issues” we had a well qualified buyer offer well over asking price in just a few days, and had final closing and money in the bank in less than a month.
