NW Seattle & SW Snohomish Real Estate Market Update | July 1, 2024

To be expected, new listings are up in both markets – by 35.2% in NW Seattle and by 20% in SW Snohomish County. While Buyer activity has also been strong, they have not been able to keep up with the new listings. Homes going under contract were up by 19.2% in NW Seattle, but only up by 5.8% in SW Snohomish County. This is why we see a more substantial increase in inventory for SW Snohomish.

Interest rates have remained relatively stable over the past several weeks, which has helped bolster Buyer confidence.
