Congratulations to our Sellers! It is an interesting and at times crazy market. This little gem came on the market last Wednesday. We were going to review offers on Tuesday, however, we received an early offer that the Sellers were happy to accept. Could they have sold for a higher price on Tuesday? Maybe. They potentially could have also sold for less. It is a crazy market, which is why both Buyers and Sellers need experienced Agents in their corner!
