Congratulations to our Seller! She received 7 offers on her cute little home in Broadview. It ended up being a long afternoon and evening of reviewing offers. Our two best offers expired at 9PM last evening. Due to some odd circumstances and way too long of a story to tell here of waiting for offer updates to come in, we didn’t officially go Pending until 8:38PM last night. That was too close for comfort for me! I’m the type of person that wants to be in the correct lane 5 miles before my exit. As you can imagine, I was a little stressed last night. Once I sent off the accepted contract and reached out to the Brokers who’s offers we didn’t accept, I poured myself a large glass of red wine and breathed a little sigh of relief and a smile of joy for our Seller.
