As most of you know, when we are representing Sellers, we NEVER want to get in contract with a Buyer Inspection Contingency in place. This doesn’t serve the interests of our Sellers. We have our Sellers perform an inspection prior to listing their home, so that there are no surprises later.
However, when we are representing Buyers, we want as many contingencies as possible to protect our Buyers. Some may think we are flip-flopping. We are not. We wear different hats depending on if we are representing Buyers or Sellers. However, the goal for each is the same – to protect our clients in every way possible!
