Your home deserves maximum exposure. This means, in order to show your home to the masses, you must run paid ad campaigns on Facebook. The average post on a personal page, or even a business page, is only going to show to just a few people that that agent is friends with.
For all of our listings, we run two strategically-targeted ad campaigns on Facebook. This targeting allows us to get your listing in front of thousands of people who might be interested in your home. And when I say thousands, Sandra, I mean 70,000 or more.
These campaigns also get a ton of watch time. Our listing videos average around 100 hours of watch time. Just to keep that in perspective, that would be the equivalent of 33 three-hour open house events. That’s four months of open houses, both days, every weekend.
This is just one of the many ways we utilize digital marketing to expose your home to the masses.
