We have three graphs for each region – Homes For Sale, Months Supply of Inventory, and Sold Price Per Sq/Ft. We chose these three graphs because they show how the supply of housing inventory affects how long homes stayed on the market (Months of Inventory) and of course the final sales price (Price Per Sq/Ft).
