Welcome to this lovingly maintained home in the heart of Broadview. Home is a place of sanctuary and this home provides space, privacy, tranquil views and casual elegance that will inspire and uplift your soul.

There are so many features to love about this home. What we think you’ll notice most is the comfortable function and flow. It is perfectly suited for just a few people or hosting a larger gathering. The inviting living room is drenched in natural light and anchored by a gas burning fireplace for style and ambiance. French doors lead to a tiled, sunny west-facing deck. You will appreciate peek sound and mountain views and glorious sunsets throughout the year.

The chef in the home will welcome the updated, spacious kitchen with generous counter space and an abundance of cabinet storage. As an added bonus, everyone will love the intimate family room which is perfectly positioned just off of the kitchen. The kitchen also enjoys easy access to the flagstone patio for outdoor grilling and alfresco dining.

The entire upper level is a dedicated primary suite. Soaring ceilings, large picture windows and west facing views will all be a welcome retreat at the end of the day.  You will love the look and feel of the master bath. Inspired by the architecture and simple elegance of Tuscany, the master bath scores high points for beauty and function.

We would be remiss if we didn’t mention the detached charming “she-shed”. This is the ideal spot for a dedicated home office or creative studio. Looking for a larger space to spread out? Check out the perfectly proportioned lower level family room. Laundry, shop space and a one car garage complete the lower level.

The virtual walk-through, additional photos, full home inspection report, including sewer report, are all available on this website.

Just a few short steps from this home is Dunn Gardens. This is a privately owned 7.5-acre property composed of the remaining acreage of the estate of Arthur G. Dunn Sr., who made his fortune in the fish cannery business. Dunn bought the property in 1914 as a summer get-a-way for his family, and contracted the landscaping to the Olmsted Brothers. Upon his death, the property was inherited by his children. His son Edward B. Dunn provided for the care of his share of the estate in his will. A trust was created two years after his death to oversee the entire property. Dunn Gardens were listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 15, 1994, and are open for special public events and docent-led guided tours April through July, and from September through October.
