Welcome to this sweet home in desirable Richmond Highlands. You will appreciate this quiet neighborhood with larger lots, close to parks and shopping.
There are several features to love about mid-century architecture. Our favorites include large picture windows for tons of natural light, warm wood floors and spacious living spaces, and this home has them all. You will enjoy the sunny living room, anchored by a wood burning fireplace. One of our favorite features is the fun retro built-in in the dining room. This is the perfect spot to display your Mad Men inspired bar accoutrements.
Whether you are a culinary whiz or can order takeout like a pro, chefs of all levels will enjoy this well-designed remodeled kitchen. You will welcome the timeless look of wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances with gas cooking.
The home features a desirable layout with three bedrooms. The primary bedroom enjoys two large closets and views to the back yard. Two other good-sized bedrooms and updated full bath are nearby.
The family room with new carpet and lots of storage is the perfect spot to relax or gather with friends for a movie night. A convenient 1/4 bath services this room.
Spring is here and you and Fido are just in time to enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Invite all your friends. The back deck was built for entertaining, with plenty of built-in seating for everyone. We can imagine lots of barbecue parties throughout the Summer.
