Spacious Edmonds
Welcome to this spacious Edmonds home perfectly positioned between Seaview Park and the quaint charm of Perrinville and just a short drive to all that downtown Edmonds has to offer.
What we think you’ll appreciate most is how much space and flexibility the home offers. Lifestyles have changed over the past year and our homes must accommodate so much more than they used to. Whether you need room for home schooling, a private home office or two, or a dedicated guest area, you are sure to find it here.
Lovingly updated over the years, you will find that all of the hard jobs are done! The updated kitchen is the central hub of the home and features a timeless look with wood cabinets and stainless appliances. The family room off the kitchen might soon be your favorite room in the house, especially once you see the fun, retro dedicated bar. You may need to brush up your bartending skills for entertaining friends. Speaking of entertaining, Summer is calling and so is the expansive deck overlooking the fully fenced back yard. We can imagine hours of fun barbecuing, socializing or just relaxing and taking a well-deserved nap in the shade.
For everyday living, you will love the desirable layout with three bedrooms and two full baths on the main level. At the end of the day, the spacious primary suite will be a welcome retreat. Featuring two equally sized generous walk-in closets and views to the serene back yard with evergreens as a backdrop. You will welcome the attached full bath, which was remodeled a few years back. Soak away the day in the spa-inspired, large soaking tub.
Venturing downstairs, you’ll see this entire level can be used in a number of ways. The main family room features wood burning fireplace and is the perfect spot for a cozy media room. The bonus room could easily be a workspace or playroom. Your overnight guests will appreciate the private, lower-level 4th bedroom with attached full bath. What will you do with the large bonus room? This could be a dedicated game room with pool table. This would also make an amazing work from home space. This room enjoys easy access through French doors to the lower patio and level back yard. The hobbyist in the home will love the one car garage with extra shop area. The two-car carport could easily be enclosed for even more garage space.

Just steps from this home is Southwest County Olympic View Park, a 120-acre, open space park within the City of Edmonds. The park encompasses a series of forested ravines and Perrinville Creek, which flow through the eastern portion of the Park to Brown’s Bay on Puget Sound. Olympic View Drive winds through the site on its way from Lynnwood to Edmonds. The site has two nature trails the larger trail system is on the north side of Olympic View Drive and a smaller one on the south side (inside of the bend in the road). Use of off-road vehicles and bicycles are not allowed on the trails.
The nearby quaint shopping center at Perrinville offers restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. Perrinville was founded by Jennie Gertrude “Gertie” Perrin in 1938, who paid 10 cents to register the place name at the courthouse in Everett. A gas station/garage and grocery store were soon constructed thereafter. Nearby at Lynndale Park is a large off-leash area that is located between the Skate Park and the Perrinville shopping area.
