Most importantly, we adored the people of our cul-de-sac. North 114th St is a place of support and neighborliness. It is a place we knew our neighbors’ names and that they cared about the space we all live in. We always felt our neighbors had our backs, and so appreciated the welcome when we moved in, and the warm hug of goodbye.
This house yearns for gatherings. We often found ourselves struggling to decide just where to host friends when they’d come over. Take your pick from a socially distant happy hour on the front patio, to a large gathering where guests are able to easily flow indoors through the open concept floor plan of both levels to the outdoor deck options and backyard.
