Welcome home! You will love this spacious, one level, ADA friendly, Craftsman home in the heart of Brier. One of the first things you will notice is the lovely curb appeal and attention to detail.
Craftsman elements are throughout the home. We love the wainscotting and the wood columns that flank the entrance to the light-filled living room. Richly colored Brazilian cherry wood floors grace the entrance and are carried into the dining room and kitchen.
We’ve often heard that the heart of a home is its kitchen and that is definitely true here. Open to the living room and dining room, the layout invites a lifestyle that includes a love of cooking and connection with family and friends. Chefs of all levels will appreciate the superb functionality and the numerous storage and workspace options, which includes a generous prep island, serving buffet and walk-in pantry.
At the end of the bedroom wing is the very spacious primary suite with vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet. You will love the attached 5-piece bath with earth toned stone tiles, comfy soaking tub, and dual sinks. Nearby are two equally sized generous bedrooms and a full bath which also features attractive tile work.
You will be “wowed” by the size of the attached 2 car garage. There is plenty of space for hobbies, storage and of course, cars. There is even RV or boat parking.
Brier is known for having large lots. You will appreciate the low maintenance landscaped front yard and that the back and side yard are fully fenced for pets.
The home has been loved and well-maintained over the years and is ready for its next chapter. Please check out the home’s documents below. Here you will find the home inspection report including the sewer inspection and other pertinent documents.

About Brier
With a population of just over 6,000 residents, the City of Brier is a small, suburban, residential town located about fifteen miles north of Seattle. The development of Brier has resulted in an area characterized by large home sites, wooded and semi-rural in nature. The philosophy of the City is to continue to retain and maintain the basic, original, spacious and semi-rural wooded character of the areas and to remain relatively small, simple and intimate, with a minimum of regulation and taxation. It is intended that the future development of Brier will be consistent and harmonious with the established pattern.
Brier History Book
To commemorate the 55th anniversary of the City of Brier’s founding, the City developed a book describing its history. The City of Brier would like to thank the Lynwood-Alderwood Manor Heritage Association, numerous community members and the Snohomish County Historic Commission for the Historic Preservation Grant all of which were invaluable in completing the project.
