Step inside to this NW Contemporary home and leave ordinary and boring behind! We love the unique layout of the home and the many places one can gather with others, or seek quiet solitude. The large lot provides privacy from neighbors and natural beauty at every turn. One of our favorite features is the two story wall of window that faces south. Sunlight streams throughout the day and peaceful sylvan views are enjoyed by those inside.
The spacious home features an abundance of windows, clear fir woodwork and easy-care tile floors throughout most of the home. The living room enjoys tall ceilings and is anchored by a fun, free-standing wood-burning stove. Just off the living room is the two story atrium with wood counter that runs the length of the room. How will you use this space – for plants, creative endeavors, reading? The uses are endless. The home is perfect for those who love to entertain. Hosting dinner is a breeze in the generous formal dining area that can accommodate a larger table. The nearby kitchen includes a large breakfast nook and easy access to the side deck that is perfect for barbequing any time of year.
The upper level features an open loft area that would make a great home office or library. This room could also be enclosed for a 3rd bedroom. The nearby primary bedroom is spacious and enjoys an attached ¾ bath with sauna. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a large room with outdoor access to the back patio. This space would also make a great home office, or dedicated workout room. The second bedroom and nearby half bath are also located on this level.
You will appreciate the spacious lower level which include the family room that is perfect for a dedicated media space. Off the family room is the two story atrium, which also has a wood counter that runs the length. Your overnight guests will welcome the privacy of the third bedroom and the ¾ bath located nearby.
Enjoy warm summer days on the entertainment-sized upper deck with just the soft sound of the breeze moving through the trees and the birds singing in chorus. You will love how private and peaceful all of the outdoor spaces are. There are several spots to enjoy a quiet by yourself, or gather with friends.
The Hobbyist in the home will love the oversized attached two car garage. There is plenty of space for cars, toys and hobbies. The home’s inspection report, sewer scope report and other documents are available on the See Documents link below.
